Biography
Teddy Rhodes is a Long Beach-based Visionary artist, Live painter, and Mural artist whose style transcends boundaries with its Tribal, Intergalactic, Futuristic, and sacred elements. His work is celebrated across the globe, with art enthusiasts captivated by his otherworldly creations that evoke a sense of wonder and intrigue. His elaborate psychedelic style features complex images with abstract shapes, surreal architecture, inter-dimensional character design, and extraterrestrial tones, resulting in a captivating harmony between organic flow and geometric structures.

Driven by his observations of life and dreams, Teddy is fascinated by exploring the intricate nature of the human experience and is motivated to express the creativity of his wild imagination in the outer world. He encourages intuitive practices and seeks activation through any form of flow-state mentality, promoting a deep connection between art and spirituality.

Teddy's artistic journey started at a young age, and he remains a dedicated artist to this day. In 2012, he embarked on his journey as a live painter, traveling around the country and painting at various festivals. In 2020, he expanded his focus to street art, creating sacred murals for several community projects.

​Teddy's ultimate goal is to support aligned communities and collaborate with as many artists as possible. By sparking memories of divine influence and promoting feelings of empowerment, he aspires to help others unlock their inner warrior and tap into different sources of Life's code.
Artist statement:
"I believe that the purpose of life is to create and communicate. Creativity is ingrained in all of us; it is hardwired in human nature. The goal of my art is to inspire others to channel their inner artist and connect with higher self. Through art we celebrate life and express gratitude for our consciousness."

He would spend most his time drawing all throughout his years in school and would repeatedly get in trouble for drawing too much in class. Nothing could keep him away from practicing art.
In 2012 he would be introduced to printmaking and received his first bit of success selling prints for a local sts9 show. This sparked the start of his pursuits as a printmaking artist. Soon after that, while attending several festivals he would turn his sights on live painting at events. For the next 5 years; he would spend his time traveling around the country painting at various festivals.

Throughout the years of live painting he would experience several eye-opening experiences that would develop him into the artist he is today. Inspired by expansion of consciousness and holistic lifestyle choices. Teddy would develop a unique art style centered around music, spirituality ,and transformation.
After Moving to Las Vegas in 2018,Teddy pursued the arts community but to no avail. Around when the pandemic hit, many artists and musicians were forced to adapt to more remote methods of sharing their craft. It was through these encounters that Teddy learned to connect with other creatives remotely. This opened up doors for many opportunities and projects. In 2020 Teddy linked up with a local community project called "Graffiti Park". He would get lots of practice and spend hours working on murals for Clark County schools. Now with over a dozen murals under his belt.
He is primarily focused on Live painting, Mural art, collaboration and community.

Outside of art; Teddy enjoys backpacking, mountain biking, video gaming, and playing music.

Full Biography:
Born in 1991 in Denver, Colorado, Teddy Rhodes was the youngest of seven siblings. Growing up in a family of many creative talents, Teddy looked up to his siblings as a source of artistic inspiration. From an early age, Teddy began pursuing an artistic lifestyle, mainly focused on drawing.

His early inspirations for his art came from the video game magazines he received in the mail and a small drawing group of friends with whom he would collaborate on ideas in a free-flow fashion. These experiences helped shape Teddy's artistic vision and laid the foundation for his unique style that transcends boundaries.
